Kranti Yoga in Patnem Beach Goa

After literally sitting in some form of chair - airplane seat, boarding area chair in the many airports, spending 14 hours in Mumbai airport waiting for the final flight to Goa, or the 1.5 hour taxi ride to get to Kranti, it sure felt amazing to have a shower and get horizontal on a bed without an arm rest digging into my back, side or thigh as I tried to find a comfortable way to get some shut eye.

It is so beautiful and peaceful here at Kranti. I look forward to meeting everyone. Those we've met already who make this place happen are so warm and welcoming.  The Shala ocean side is breathtaking.  Slept hard for 3 hours and plan to do more of that after getting some real food into me
accompanied by real Indian chai... Yum.

Tantra Shala, where all our classes and most workshops took place
Moksha 2 Shala - I'm glad I never had to practice there - mosquito heaven

Had quite the storm here at 7.  Kranti said it is the first rain of the season. As quickly as it came it left.

Dinner was basmati rice, Dahl curry, paneer, fresh salad with mint and cilantro, steamed veggies and peppers in spices ... Sadly the papadum was made with a mix of rice and wheat flour so I couldn't partake :(.  So delish.  The Indian masala chai  I mixed with the hot ginger tea and it was amazing.

Just winding down for a good night sleep.
