These are all poses that I'd like to be able to accomplish with increased flexibility during the next five weeks. I am going into it with an open mind and an open heart . . . some may come to fruition and some will come in the weeks, months, years to follow.
Mostly I am simply looking forward to the benefits of daily yoga practice for my body, mind and spirit; meeting wonderful yogis from all around the globe in the most amazing setting I could ever imagine . . . the heart and origin of yoga . . . INDIA!
